Our client are a well-known services company and due to expansion require two Customer Service Executives to join their team from their offices in the centre of Leamington Spa. The role is a temporary role to begin with, but with the very realistic potential of becoming full time, if that is what you wish, or it can stay temporary.

Main purpose of role:

1. To undertake the administrative duties of the Customer Service Department to include dealing with customer correspondence, answering inbound telephone calls & chats and processing orders.

2. To provide administrative support to the Customer Account Management team & to assist in ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks:

The role will be varied and cover a range of tasks. A selection of the key tasks involved are:

Administrative work (processing orders, answering chat, emails, database management and contract administration) Provide technical support and assistance to customers.Represent to clients positively, offering calm, friendly, informed and professional support & guidanceMaintain a positive customer attitude & ensure the experience is personal and positive.Follow organisational and departmental quality standards.Ideally the successful candidate will have at least 1+ years’ experience of working in an administration role ideally including customer support / increasing customer satisfaction.

You would also need to have experience with CRM systems & be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.

They are looking at offering an hourly rate of £9.23 (£18,000 per annum)
