Quattro Recruitment are working with a growing organisation and reputable company which handles debt collection, amongst other things.
We are seeking an outbound calling agent to support the happy, vibrant team, as soon as possible to help manage the expanding demand for the services.

This exciting position is permanent and full time, with working hours of between 9:00-6:00pm, Monday-Friday and a starting salary of £15,000 per annum.

For the successful candidate, the company offer excellent benefits which include 22 days annual leave, medical cover, gym membership, a subsidised restaurant on site and free parking, as well as a full induction and training.

The duties of the role will include:

• Responding to e-mails in a professional manner
• Resolving queries in a professional and diligent attitude
• Making outbound calls to customers and advising them of their current account status
• Accurately maintaining and updating client records
• Working in line with government legislation and financial regulations
• Following procedures to ensure that customers receive a positive experience
• Ad hoc duties within the scope of the role

This fantastic opportunity would suit a self-motivated and process driven candidate that has previous experience in an outbound, customer service role, with the ability to work alone or part of a team.
