Our client is an established company who offer a variety of specialist services for various projects across the country.

Job Description:

Purpose of the role is to provide full administrative support to the HR and Commercial Managers in the provision of a professional service to all areas of the company and its customers.

Duties will include:

* Acting as first point of contact for all departments
* Producing contracts of employment and processing returned contractual documentation from staff
* Arranging interviews as required
* Collating weekly timesheets from outlying depots and forward to payroll
* Organising the relevant paperwork for DBS and CTC clearances
* Managing diaries of HR/Commercial Managers, setting up meetings, relaying messages
* Providing confidential information to external organisations for mortgage/finance reference
* Processing site bookings via an online system and generating access permits and distributing to the appropriate person via email
* Proof reading tender documentation

Candidate Requirements:

* GCSE English/Maths Grade C or equivalent
* Experience of word processing, databases, and spreadsheets
* Previous relevant administrative experience
* Diary management experience
* Experience of working in a customer focused environment
* Ability to prioritise own workload

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm
