National Account Manager

Join our team based in Oswestry, 20 minutes away from Shrewsbury and Wrexham. We sell design led watches and clocks to the fashion, lifestyle and homewares industry, including stores like John Lewis, Debenhams, Supermarkets and Independents.

Requirements of National Account Manager:

  • A passion for delivering incredible customer service.
  • Have enthusiasm and passion for our products, with the ability to confidently communicate our brands - Newgate and Jones, to stockists and retailers.
  • Have previous experience in an account management role with an interest in Fashion, Lifestyle & Homewares.
  • To regularly review all key accounts including John Lewis, Asda and Tesco and maintain excellent communication with our buyers.
  • Able to form excellent working relationships with the accounts you manage - keeping all parties informed in regards to product availability and pricing.
  • Maximise sales opportunities with the self-motivation to grow accounts and exceed targets.
  • Research new markets, nurture sales leads and identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Understand the importance of having a flexible approach
  • To be someone with the ability to understand the background process of sales and how to move forward with the bigger picture in mind.
  • Have experience in producing sales reports to track accounts and be able to analyse sales data.
  • Possess excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Be computer literate with previous experience in using Microsoft Excel.
  • Must have a full UK Driving License and be willing to travel to trade shows and visit new and existing accounts across the country and on occasion internationally.

Responsibilities of National Account Manager:

  • Managing our current key accounts
  • Producing sales reports, analysing data and producing projections.
  • Hunting for new and exciting opportunities
  • Travelling to visit new and existing clients
  • Ensuring all administration and reporting is accurate and up to date.
