Basic Salary circa GBP25k plus Uncapped Commission Structure
This is a development role and opportunity, which would suit an
experienced Recruiter with high street experience who is looking for an
opportunity to fast track into a management role. Our brand and
reputation is strong and we are renowned for providing our clients and
candidates with an exceptional service. We are an independent agency,
established locally for over 17 years supporting SME's with commercial
office recruitment solutions without the constraints and politics often
found within the industry.
Job Responsibilities:
New Business Development - Target potential clients to qualify
opportunities and generate new business (working to and developing a
sales strategy, repetitive Client Contact, Drop offs etc)
Attend Networking Events
Client Management, Retention and Development - Understand the client's
requirements and effectively manage their expectations.
Ensure business retention and target any additional business
Attend Client meeting on a regular basis
Resource, interview and fill requirements
Comply with company policies and procedures and comply with all legal
requirements (AWR, WTR, GDPR etc.)
Adhere to weekly KPI's, branch targets etc.
Mentor support and supervise staff where necessary - responsible for the
development and recruitment of a Resourcer
Experience/Knowledge Required:
2 years minimum recruitment experience working in a Commercial Office
Proven track record of working with multiple clients and growing a desk
Previous experience of working a Temporary and Permanent Desk as a 360
Account Management Experience
Interim Branch Management experience beneficial
Financial Acumen
Direct People Management Experience
Office Management experience
Car Driver and Owner
