Home Service Team Manager

SY16 (Shrewsbury)

40 hours per week working 5 out of 7 days (inclusive of evenings and weekends)

Join us as a Team Manager in our Home Service division and you'll co-ordinate a team of around 15 engineers who are responsible for the installation and service of our products in the homes of our customers.

What are we looking for?

Top of the list, you'll be great at getting the most out of your team by being at the heart of the action and taking a hands-on approach to driving team performance. You'll put your personal stamp on the ongoing performance of your team through coaching and development.Preferably with experience in a customer focused environment, you'll also share our commitment to offer the best service to our customers at all times.

You'll be working a rotational pattern Monday to Sunday, 9 hours per day, and will need to be highly flexible to meet the needs of our customers. Finally, you'll definitely need a valid UK driving license as you'll be managing a remote team across the SY16 area - depending on the successful candidate.
