We are recruiting for an experienced payroll administrator for our client based in Stoke-on-Trent. This is a fantastic Permanent opportunity, supporting across the team in delivering a high class payroll service to the business. Reporting to the payroll manager, this is a large team of administrators and offers a great working environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to all payroll deadlines
  • Working on both weekly and monthly payroll runs
  • Processing end to end payroll
  • Pension Auto enrolment
  • Starter and leaver forms
  • Updating RTI
  • Processing P45s P60s, P11Ds
  • PAYE
  • Calculating SMP/SSP/SPP

The Candidate:

  • Must have experience of Manual calculations
  • Have an excellent working knowledge of Excel
  • Must be competent in dealing with complex queries
