Our client, a prestigious company based in Kenilworth are currently looking to recruit a Call Centre Team Manager to join their team. This role is based on expansion within the company and offers a fantastic salary.

Duties include:

  • Responsible for the daily running and management of the team though effective utilisation of resources

  • Meeting customer service targets

  • Planning areas of improvement or development

  • Ensure calls are answered in the agreed time scale

  • Coordinate and motivate call centre staff

  • May also manage team recruitment

  • Handling the complex customer complaints/enquires

Experience required:

  • Experience in leading and managing call centre teams

  • Having strong communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads

  • Work in a fast paced environment

  • Be self-motivated and lead by example

Hours: Full time - 37.5 Hours per week, between the hours of 8:00am- 8:00pm to include Saturdays on a rota basis.

Salary: GBP25,000 (Potential to negotiate)
