The Jarell Group is a group of recruitment agencies each within a specific industry sector including distribution, manufacturing, telecommunications, health & social care and pharmaceutical to mention but a few. We have locations across the UK from Yorkshire to London and have strategic growth plans through developing organically and via acquisition.

We are now recruiting for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant to join our growing branch in Dudley, West Midlands.

You will have a proven track record of success working within the permanent or temporary recruitment sector, ideally servicing industrial, skilled and technical clients. You will be working on a warm desk with the main objective of maintaining and generating new business opportunities.

We are looking for someone who aims to build a desk over time and ideally someone who will naturally grow into a management position.

Daily responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through candidates, research and networking whilst marketing yourself as Healthcare specialist recruiter
• Contacting prospective clients to tell them about our services and build and develop potential client relationships
• Create and post job descriptions to attract candidates
• Recruit and match appropriate candidates to available job vacancies worldwide
• Actively negotiate salaries and benefits on behalf of candidates
• Be knowledgeable on global market salaries in order to effectively benchmark for candidates and clients
• Stay up to date on business and market trends within the Industrial skilled and Technical sectors.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and be driven by, and thrive on the buzz of a sale
• Be involved with the recruitment of future consultants and resourcers

Successful candidates must have:
• 18 months+ years' experience in the Recruitment Industry with a proven track record of success preferably within Industrial skilled and technical
• Must possess a natural talent for building lasting relationships
• Demonstrate time management skills
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, along with social media platforms
• Display integrity, drive and a passion for the recruitment industry
• Be persistent, accountable and a self-starter
• Have the ability to think outside of the box
• Be able to handle challenging situations such as counter offers, offer declines and PSL tendering
• Be strongly driven by sales and meeting targets
• Be able to make an impact on motivating and growing a team with a view for personal growth within management.

The role will be based from our offices in Dudley working 40 hours per week. You will be rewarded with a Salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum.
