We are looking for an enthusiastic Payroll Administrator to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties. In this role you will work closely with the Finance Director and Works Manager.

Your duties will include managing and processing weekly/monthly payroll and maintaining HR documentation, ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.

You will be able to adhere to deadlines accurately and consistently.

Duties will include
• Maintaining and updating all payroll administration.
• Maintain and update Time Ware Management systems.
• Updating payroll Information via data entry.
• Assist with general payroll queries.
• Maintain, update and develop HR and H&S compliance documents.
• Assist the production team in control of documentation.

The following are essential
• A commitment to quality and attention to detail.
• Experience in payroll and use of Sage.
• Good numeracy and literacy skills.
• Excellent IT, data entry and administration skills.
• The ability to communicate at all levels.
• A balanced approach to solving problems.
• Self-reliance, motivation and enthusiasm.

The following are desirable
• HR and H&S administration background.
• Experience of Journal Posting.
• Experience in documentation control.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel.
• CIPD accreditation
