Job Title: Purchase Administrator Assistant

Location: Wednesbury

Salary: £8.50 -9.00 PH Dependant on Experience

Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday

My client is looking for an experienced Purchase Administration Assistant to ensure accuracy of the Sales Order, as well as other financial administration duties.


  • Inputting of Purchase Orders onto the in house ERP System
  • Updating in house ERP system
  • Updating Excel Spreadsheets
  • Answering both internal and external telephones
  • Ad hoc administration tasks
  • General Support to the Purchasing team

Essential Skills:

  • Be Numerate
  • Must have the ability to learn quickly to pick up the inhouse system
  • Accurate
  • Ability to question if unsure, to ensure that correct information is being processed

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Methodical
  • Be competent with Excel and spreadsheets
  • Be able to work to strict deadlines
  • Work on own initiative
