The Position:

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing new business and help the company achieve its overall targets. This is an ideal job for a confident graduate/experienced individual who would like to earn for a month or so before travelling or moving on to another permanent role that doesn't start just yet.

You will self-generate leads and opportunities, via telesales and internet research activity, and manage set lead sources. You will contact customers to follow up on initial contact and establish their requirements and suitability for our services.

You will participate in customer recruitment and retention campaigns and handle calls from prospective or existing customers. Identifying and sourcing leads and ensuring opportunities are handed over to the appropriate team/person will also be your responsibility.

You will ensure that a high level of customer service is delivered at all times and be fully aware of and actively promote all service offerings.

The Person:

You will be able to demonstrate previous success in telesales or sales and be a strong influencer with first class communication skills. You will be bright and mentally agile with a capacity for self-learning and you will be self-motivated and resilient.

You must be totally customer focused with the drive to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be comfortable multitasking and prioritising and managing your own workload and able to pick up new skills and knowledge quickly, you will also be IT literate and familiar with MS Office.

The rate for this role is GBP10 per hour including holiday pay
