This friendly 20+ Shropshire Rosette Hotel which is a combination of historic and contemporary design is looking for an experienced and dedicated Chef de Partie to join their professional kitchen team serving fresh dishes using local seasonal produce to guests and customers.

The kitchen brigade creates outstanding innovative seasonal dishes, maintaining the quality of the 2AA Rosette restaurant. The restaurants ?? la carte menu offers the opportunity to enjoy beautiful seasonal flavours.

The perfect Chef De Partie to fill this roll must be passionate and hardworking. You must also have the ability to work under pressure and meet the required standards of this level.You will also beexpectedto train and develop junior members of the team.

Main Duties of this Chef de Partie role are:

Prepare food on time, consistently and accurately
Train and develop Junior members of the team
Be involved in the development of menus
Manage and maintain a clean, safe working environment in accordance with HACCP Policy
Manage the cleanliness of the kitchen
Be involved in stock control and orders.
Working alongside award winning senior chefs
Expected to work across all sections of the kitchen
Great attitude and willingness to learn essential
On-going training and development
