Catering Event Manager
My client a major contract caterer based in the UAE has an opening for a Catering Event Manager within their Catering and Hospitality Events Team based in Abu Dhabi.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a successful history in planning and execution of hospitality and catering events across a full spectrum of event sizes and client levels, including VIP, pop-up retail and hospitality events through to full scale conference and banqueting galas. You will have strong budgetary and man-management skills and developed at an outside caterer, stadium or national level conference centre where you will have worked in event planning for a minimum of 2 years.
Knowledge of Arabic would be beneficial but is not a requirement for this role. Fluent English, excellent communication skills, degree level education and membership of a relevant professional body all an advantage.
The position is full time, permanent and is based in the UAE. Salary is 180 EAD per month (approximately GBP40k per annum) and is tax free. Accommodation is provided by the client for the first month, as are annual flights to your country.
