An exciting opportunity has arisen for a confident Sales Administrator to join my client, a family run manufacturing company based in Leamington Spa. Job Responsibilities:
- General sales administration.
- Producing quotations verbally and in writing.
- Calling customers to follow up quotes and gain feedback.
- Processing orders.
- Processing despatch.
- Arranging collection of goods with appropriate carriers.
- Tracking the process to delivery and keeping customer informed.
- Where appropriate carrying out delivery follow up calls.
- Dealing with repairs and returned products including reports, quotations and order processing.
- Answering telephone and redirecting calls where appropriate.
- Managing customer relationships and dealing with queries.
- Carry out courtesy calls to customers at regular intervals.
- Providing support to Field Sales.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to work as part of a team and have a commitment to customer service.

We are looking for someone with a confident telephone manner who will be happy to contact existing and potential customers. They will have the ability to organise their own work with an attention to detail and bring a flexibility and enthusiasm to the job.

Full training will be given but previous knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week
8.15am - 5.00pm Mon to Thurs
8.15am - 12.45pm Friday
No weekend work

Salary between GBP16,000 and GBP20,500 per annum.
