In this position, you will work within our Payments Risk Operations team to detect fraudulent transactions, analyse transactional data and monitor player activity for signs of collusion and other prohibited acts. In addition, you will identify appropriate chargebacks to contest, defend disputes with 3rd party banking providers and perform root cause analysis of our losses to turn data into actionable information for improvement.
This position would ideally suit someone with a keen interest/academic background in Fraud/Investigative studies/Forensic studies that's looking to join a team focused on detecting fraudulent activity, profiling 'high risk' customer activity to help determine the authenticity of transactions and gaming behaviours. You will manage our dispute and chargeback process, speak with customers directly who are the victims of fraud and challenging those who are suspected of conducting fraudulent activity.
Key skills we're looking for...
- An understanding of banking/payment products and associated money flows.
- Excellent numerical skills with an analytical mind. (inc skills in MS Excel).
- Ability to balance fraud detection with excellent customer service.
