We have an exciting new opportunity for a Data Analyst within the HR Department at one of our major clients based in Warwick. The initial main focus of this role will be to address several strategic projects, which are of key importance, on behalf of the UK HR Director.

These key projects focus on various areas such as employee bench marking and grading, gender pay gap analysis and migration to the company's new HR back office tool "Resourcelink". Within this role you will also support key annual HR matters around Pension Scheme Reviews, Annual Bonus schemes etc. Currently a majority of the data exists on Excel spreadsheets so collating, extracting and reporting on data etc will be a regular activity of the role.

Main Responsibilities:
?? Daily interface with other Senior Leadership Team/Executives regarding HR matters (day to day HR matters for the majority staff will handled by the wider HR team).
?? Day to day management the UK HR Director's diary/calendar and any associated arrangements around travel etc and general support.
?? Support key annual HR matters around Pension Scheme Reviews, Annual Bonus schemes etc.

Our client is looking for:
?? A proven background in managing workloads.
?? Extensive experience of MS Office and Lotus Notes
?? Excellent data analysis skills
?? The ability to work effectively as part of a team
?? Previous HR experience is clearly advantageous but also BI/Financial backgrounds would be useful
