Bliss Home, a hugely creative manufacturer and distributor of design-led homeware products, is currently seeking to recruit a proactive and experienced Sales Administrator to be based at its Head Office in Alcester. The position is office-based, but there will be opportunities for you to attend trade shows and visit key customers. You will provide all-round support across both eCommerce and direct to trade/retail channels for the business.
Responsibilities will include:

• Order processing across both eCommerce and direct to trade/retail
• Customer service – answering the phone, answering queries
• Daily invoicing for all accounts
• Arrange deliveries/collections for key customers – liaising with couriers
• Processing customer returns/refunds
• Process returns and credit notes
• Support for Key Accounts
• Support Sales Managers on accounts and projects
• Attend trade meetings and exhibitions as required

Experience/skills required:

• Outgoing personality and positive attitude
• Really good IT skills - particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Team player who can build relationships internally and externally
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
• Organized and methodical
• Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A customer focused approach and natural sales focus

The successful candidate will be a positive individual with excellent attention to detail and a passion for providing first class customer service
