Legal Secretary conveyancing
My client, based in Kenilworth is looking for a Conveyancing Legal Secretary to join their team.
It is essential you have experience in working in a solicitors office, and must have conveyancing experience.
The work involves audio typing, meeting and greeting clients and some reception duties. You must be familiar with the use of computer programmes such as Word and Excel, able to work independently and under pressure. Attention to detail and accuracy in typing essential,as is experience of audio dictations. Good communication skills, and the ability to deal with clients in a professional and courteous manner is required.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm with 1 hour break
