Customer Service Advisor
An exciting opportunity has arisen for our Lichfield based client, who is eager to expand their busy and prestigious corporate customer service department.
In this role you will be the first line of contact for Corporate Sales Customers. Ensuring that all day to day issues are resolved and communicated pro actively, along with retaining and developing revenue from customers and as a result contributing to budget targets.
As the right person for this role, you will have a background in office based customer service, dealing with large businesses and blue chip organisations, providing an analytical and methodical approach to handling each query. Proven ability in achieving customer retention and targets.
The company boasts stability and growth in the area and is keen to find loyal and reliable employees to join the team.
This is initially a temporary role with the view of going permanent for the right candidate. The client will be looking to interview w/c 25th June.
