You will possess the level 3 qualification (NVQ or QCF) in the Children & Young People's Workforce (or equivalent)
GBP9.14 per hour, GBP62.50 per Sleep In, plus FREE training
2 days on, 4 days off rolling shift pattern - only travel to work and back once every 7 days!
Please note, a driving licence essential due to location of service

Then we need your support! A warm welcome awaits you in our brand new specialist service for children who present with emotional, behavioural and other complex needs. Based on the outskirts of Bromyard, we care for Young People with varied interests and requirements. Each young person is respected and valued as an individual, with tailored programmes to address the specific and changing needs of each young person. We pride ourselves on providing a safe, warm and nurturing environment with a high standard of care and accommodation for children, ensuring excellent delivery of care.

We are seeking experienced, caring, committed and compassionate Support Workers to join our aspirational team. You will have a level 3 qualification in the Children & Young People's Workforce. We are looking for courageous and committed individuals who can communicate these attributes within a challenging yet rewarding environment.
