They have a new 3 year Business Plan - 'Together We Can' and are embarking on a business transformation plan and a growth strategy to maximise the new homes building programme.

They have an ambitious development plan and a good track record on delivery. The programme is growing and they are looking for someone to continue the Group on this exciting and ambitious journey. They are looking for someone with drive, passion and ambition who will be the strategic lead for development projects, managing the Group's Development and Homes Sales Team and driving the performance and achievement of the Group's development strategy and programme. This is a senior role within the organisation working closely with the Group Board and Executive Team to develop and deliver the strategy. You will also deputise for the Executive Director as required.

With innovation and creativity you will lead the projects to ensure that scheme appraisals and financial feasibilities unlock factors that potentially block delivery. It will be your responsibility to ensure delivery of all schemes and development programmes on time and on budget and to maximise funding opportunities whilst keeping full compliance at the forefront at all times.

Excellent leadership, communication skills and senior management experience in the development and sale of homes is a must, as is, the ability to analyse financial and other information to make sound judgements, appraise performance and manage risk. Our client is looking for someone who is able to adopt a commercial approach and demonstrate business acumen.

*Our client is offering up to 40 hours per week (full-time) but there's also the opportunity to work reduced hours, flexible hours or even some home working, as securing the right person for the role is essential.
