Provide administrative support to the workshop management team

The Job Role:
  • Provide administrative support to Workshop Management
  • Print attendance reports and complete timesheets for agency workers
  • Update production schedules using Microsoft Excel
  • Type documents, forms and correspondence
  • Organise administrative systems and filing
  • Manage calendars and schedule various workshop meetings / training
  • Coordinate personal protective equipment (PPE) issue paperwork
  • Ensure routine health and safety check paperwork is complete
  • Support the workshop manager and supervisors with routine absence paperwork
  • Assist supervisors and managers with accident and first aid form completion
  • Meet and greet visitors
  • Extract and record key information from workshop job sheets
  • Monitor workshop equipment inspections and ensure adequate records are kept up to date
  • Ensure audits are submitted on time
  • Conduct employee inductions
  • Liaise with H&S training
  • Organise health checks
Experience / Requirements:
  • ECDL / CLAIT or other IT qualification desirable
  • Minimum of 1 years administrative experience
  • Planning skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v lookups)
