GBP19,000 - 25 days holiday + bank holidays
Monday - Friday 37 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business in Telford who is looking to recruit an experienced HR Administrator to join their busy HR department. This is a great opportunity for someone who craves a varied role and wants to broaden their experience. Reporting into the HR Manager, responsibilities will include;

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures
• Supporting the daily management of the HR function and ensuring its administration
• To give advice to managers on employee related issues
• Provide guidance and support to managers in disciplinary, grievance, attendance & performance matters
• Liaise with payroll regarding processing paperwork for new starters, leavers and internal transfers
• Maintain accurate employee data and able to manipulate data for reporting purposes
• Conduct exit interviews for all leavers and maintain data in relations to your findings
• Responsible for the compliance and processing of all employees data including starters and leavers
• Completion of reference checks for all new employees and any other relevant employment checks
• Supporting managers with the recruitment process
• Absence Management
• Prepare all induction packs for new starters ensuring they are carried out by managers and returned to HR.
• Providing managers with equipment request forms for their new starters
• Managing all maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave
• Supporting employees and managers with any flexible working requests
• Responsible for recording all training onto HR system
• Note taking at formal meetings

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you must have had at least 2 years HR experience in a similar position and have knowledge of HR legislation, good practice and practical application of the rules that govern HR. You must have exceptional communication and organisational skills and possess the ability prioritise workload to meet deadlines. CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable, but not essential.
