I am recruiting on behalf of my Tamworth based client for an experience Compliance administrator to be based out of their prestigious offices on a permanent basis, to maintain quality assurance and compliant standards throughout the company.

Duties And Tasks:-
  • Liaise with the compliance manager with audits for current and new accreditations and site audits
  • Assist with the internal auditing procedures as well as the distribution of information to customer
  • Compile and maintain contract implementaion
  • maintaining and updating critical documentation
  • Ensure all elements are in place before work is carried out
  • Maintain equipment calibration records
  • Maintain the accident log and summary
  • Maintain training matrix for internal staff
  • Monitor employee review dates
  • Assist with the completion of tender documents for new and existing customers
  • Support account managers tender submissions
Skills And Experience:-
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer Literate - Microsoft office packages inc Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Excellent Internal and external communications skills
  • Adaptable, able to adjust and handle a fast paced environment
  • Quality assurance background would be an advantage
Salary between £16k -£19kMonday -Friday 8.30am -5pm with onsite car park
