An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join an extremely fast paced and successful family owned food manufacturing business on a temporary to permanent basis.

This position offers the opportunity to build a career and to progress into a range of different business areas including purchasing, marketing, production admin, sales/key accounts and to gain fast prospects for promotion.

The purpose of the role is to deal with a range of customer service related administration tasks in an efficient and timely manner.

Daily Duties Include:

- Processing customer orders

- Updating information and records

- Liaising with other departments to chase order progress

- Faxing, filing, photocopying & scanning

- Data Entry and invoice creation

- Dealing with delivery and returns paperwork.

This position offers a negotiable salary of £15,300 to £18,000 dependant upon the experience of the candidate.

Hours of work are 37.5 per week.
