This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Services Manager to join a growing sporting organisation based near Walsall.

The purpose of this role is to develop, engage and inspire your team of Customer Service officers to provide an excellent service which exceeds the expectations of our clients both externally and internally and to ensure risks are fully understood, controlled and mitigated and regulatory requirements are met.

*Coach, develop and support your team to deliver the best outcomes for customers in an effective and efficient way
*Ensure high levels of engagement, knowledge and understanding
*Manage your team to ensure productivity and efficiency levels are met
*Directing and driving a continuous improvement culture within the team
*Ensuring that all customer interactions are delivered within clear quality standards
*Understand and manage workflows/demand to enable Team planning and priority setting
*Supporting implementation of operational change
*Manage individual performance through objective setting and regular performance review

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, customer focused individual who thrives working in a team environment. Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels, you will have a genuine interest in ensuring the needs of the customer are met and take ownership of any problems; maintaining contact with the customer until resolved. Able to prioritise own workload using a systematic approach, you will take responsibility for full compliance within the quality management procedures and use own initiative to make sound decisions.
