Telemarketing Executive - Halesowen
We are recruiting a team of Telemarketing Executives for a large group that offer sales and servicing of commercial vehicles. Your role will involve all aspects of telemarketing support and success within the role could lead into specialised sales roles. The role will be very busy and will require someone who has good communication skills and can think on their feet. Duties will include: . Involvement with various telemarketing campaigns . Maximising and developing new leads . Researching and identifying new business opportunities . Making around 60 outbound calls on a daily basis, to warm business customers . Liaising with the field sales team and booking sales appointments . Gathering market data from various sources . Updating and maintaining accurate information onto the CRM . Making outbound calls to cleanse data . Sending out marketing information based around the campaigns . Identifying and feeding back potential sales opportunities . Working closely with the external sales team Skills required: . Previous telemarketing would be advantageous, but not essential . Excellent communication skills and highly personable . Outbound calling or customer service experience . Confident, self-motivated and willing to learn . Good attention to detail . Ability to write follow up notes and emails . You must also be a great team player and supportive colleague The role is an exciting opportunity with great career potential. You will receive regular on the job training and for the right person no telemarketing experience is required. No technical knowledge is required but an interest in the automotive industry would be advantageous. The hours are 9 am - 5.00pm Mon - Fri.
The salary is up to £18,500 plus bonus and benefits.
