Driving Consultant Required

Jobsworth are looking to recruit a Driving Consultant to complement their successful operation. Currently in its 16th year of trading, Jobsworth is an established recruitment agency with many loyal clients and drivers, who have enjoyed long standing ties with the company and the consultants that are time served on their plans.

The successful applicant will be comfortable with the rigours of driving recruitment, on-call, last minute changes etc. They will also need to be strong minded in their approach to fit in with the company ethos. We believe in firm but fair. We work in partnership with our clients and drivers, and we are proud to say that we offer the best service and go the extra mile, but you do have to pay for what you get.

The role:

Working with two very experienced consultants who run 100+ drivers daily, you will be tasked with account managing and developing the Worcester, Kidderminster, Redditch, and Bromsgrove area. This is not a cold desk or start up plan as there are a number of well-known companies from the above areas already using Jobsworth on a daily basis. The challenge will be to attract drivers to expand that business, and further develop it with the introduction of new clients.

You will have the benefit of an administrator and other members of the team to support you in your role, as well as share of the current pool of drivers so that fulfilment is possible from day one.

The role is expansive, with an open-ended remit regarding development, and no restriction in sales area or parameter of the plan you manage. Growth of the business can lead to the employment of other members to assist and other areas to develop.

Extra support is offered from our business development teams, based in Halesowen and Worcester, giving a viable second location in the area you are to develop.


Due to the nature of the role, we are seeking someone with previous Driving recruitment experience, preferably at a senior level. The role requires a hands-on approach, initially with on-call and driver management being key, long term aspirations of managing the plan completely is also important, as our ideal candidate will want to have autonomy once the area is established; so, an interest in marketing, profit margins, compliance, recruitment law etc. is essential.

Salary and benefits are negotiable, and bonus is based on the overall performance of the company.
