Due to an internal promotion our client who works in the construction industry are looking to recruit a Commercial Co-ordinator to work in the Commercial department

Role and Responsibilities:

+ Book in incoming enquiries onto a master spreadsheet
+ Assess enquiry to ensure it has all of the required drawings
+ Chase outstanding information from clients
+ Send out relevant drawing to various material suppliers
+ Update Master Spreadsheet when quotes sent out
+ Where revisions are required, again ensure relevant information is required, and where applicable carry out the quote revision under the supervision of one of the Estimators.

Ideal Experience:

+ Experience of reading / understanding architectural drawing
+ Experience of Microsoft Office package (Outlook / Access / Word / Excel predominantly)
+ Excellent communicator both internally and externally, written and verbal
+ Able to work under own initiative
+ Organised and able to manage own workload A*-C grade in English and Maths at GCSE level or similar
