SERVICE SCHEDULER ADMINISTRATOR

Initial 6mth fixed term

Customer Service Scheduler Administrator

To join the team in Lichfield for a service division of one the the worlds largest Commercial Truck & Vehicle rental suppliers,

Liaising with clients & colleagues to ensure that Mobile Engineers paperwork is completed correctly, on time & meets legal requirements. This includes;

* Ensuring service paperwork is obtained from engineers
* Hours booked are accurate & processed
* That work has been completed by liaising with engineers & clients
* All service & parts supplied have necessary paperwork
* Purchase orders obtained from clients
* Coordinating information regarding faulty or damaged vehicles, tools, etc

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILLS;

* Administration (IT literate Email/Word/Excel)
* Communication skills (verbal/written)
* Confident telephone manner
* Able to prioritise
* Attention to detail with previous office admin experience
* Previous engineering or transport experience an advantage

Salary & Hours:

Salary will be £17,250, Monday to Friday (40hrs) with associated benefits.
