Location: Leaminghton

Salary: up to GBP22,000 plus commission and bonuses

Hours: Monday-Friday 9.00am-5:30pm

As the Senior Consultant, your duties will include:

• Developing new business within various vertical markets and sectors

• Attracting new candidates through networking, advertising and social media

• Managing client relationships in a highly competitive marketplace

• Building strong commercial relationships with businesses of all sizes, from global multinationals to rapidly growing SME's

• Building a sustainable business with ongoing forecastable revenue.

To be a successful Senior Consultant you will have the following skills and experience:

• Capable of holding business conversations with qualified individuals to understand their business.

• Skilled at understanding the career aspirations of the candidate pool

• Confident in offering innovative recruitment solutions to their clients

• Able to demonstrate strong business acumen in order to capitalize on opportunities

• Can demonstrate networking skills and who prides themselves in developing their knowledge of the market they operate in

• Willing to Learn, interested in being an experienced consultant in a fast-paced competitive market.

• Experience in the outlined sectors, HR, Engineering and IT.
