BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER - PRACTICE FINANCE

GBP30,000 + excellent commission - Birmingham

This is a great opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager to join a successful, Midlands based finance brokers that supplies a range of business funding options to the practice professions sector, working with clients such as Doctors, Veterinaries, Dentists, Accountants, Architects, Lawyers and Barristers.

The Business Development Manager will cover a full, 360?? sales and account management role, comprising all aspects of lead generation and prospecting, follow up, account development, service and delivery. The ideal candidate will already have a number of years' experience gained in a financial services, sales focussed role; selling products such as leasing, asset finance, tax funding and general business loans. Although there are occasional client meetings, the role is mainly office based in a busy, modern environment with robust operational processes and, although pretty autonomous, there is plenty of ongoing support provided from the Management and Main Board as well as the team you will be working within.

The company is part of a larger, very well established Group Company, which is a leading funder and broker of finance and equipment leasing to businesses up and down the UK. Now embarking on a period of strategic growth, the company aims at adding up to three additional Business Development Managers to the team over the next 3-6 months. The remuneration package indicated will comprise a good basic salary, commensurate with experience and ability, as well as a very generous and realistic commission structure based on individual performance and delivery.
