Senior Payroll Administrator required for a large well established shared service centre business based in Wolverhampton on a full time temporary to permanent basis with a view to starting immediately. You will be reporting into the Payroll Manager and be responsible for processing weekly, monthly and 4-weekly payrolls for up to 4000 employees. Your daily duties will include processing timesheets, pro-rata calculations, holiday pay calculations, processing statutory payments, exceptions checking, gross to net reporting, sending payments by BACS, creating and sending the FPS to HMRC, creating and posting payroll journals, starters & leavers and auto enrolment. You will also be required to assist the Payroll Manager with complex queries and administration.

You will have extensive payroll experience and have dealt with high volume payroll processing, pensions and complex pay structures. Your organisational skills must be second to none, you must be able to communicate effectively at all levels whilst working as part of a team and have previous experience using computerised payroll and T&A systems.
