Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Distribution Administrator to join an established business. Immediate start for the right candidate.

THE ROLE:

  • Controlling POD's; making sure all POD's are Scanned and producing weekly reports to show both completed and outstanding POD's
  • Raising and controlling customer returns
  • Managing customer complaints and investigations into queries
  • Controlling and processing credit control queries

THE CANDIATE:

  • Strong Admin and computer skills
  • God planning and organisation
  • Ability to prioritise and achieve targets
  • Ability to work well independently
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Positive approach to continuous improvement


Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am -3.30pm
This is a temporary contract with a view to becoming permanent for the right candidate
