Have you ever imagined about a day without water? How would you to ensure that our customers receive consistently clear water top quality water?

As a Repair & Maintenance Team Manager you'll be leading a team of best in class repair & maintenance operatives. Utilising various technical, financial, and asset resources to ensure that our water remains at the highest standard but at the lowest cost to our customers. You'll be passionate about making sure any maintenance or repair work we do is done quickly and properly, always putting the customers in the front of mind. Come rain or shine you'll be there to make sure our customer's experience the least amount of interruption to their water supply.

Let's talk about what skills or experience you'll need to be able to do the job.

Proven managerial ability is a real asset in this role as you'll have to manage your workforce resourcefully to minimise the impact of any events on our network to our customers. Clear decision making is key as you'll always trying to solve issues as quickly as possible - and be accurate in recording the logic in your decision making. You'll also need to be confident in managing finances and budgets.

Like all of our operational roles you'll need to be a great communicator too because when you're out at work you'll be simplifying complex messages to our customers directly. Full awareness of Health & Safety policies, NRSWA, Environment, and Quality Assurance policies, minimising risk for the business is required and having solid experience of budgetary planning and control.

Holding valid EU Skills National Hygiene accreditation card (Blue Card) would be advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications:

• Full UK Driving Licence
