Internal Account Manager - Outbound Sales

I am currently recruiting on behalf of my nationwide client for an Internal Account Manager to work in the outbound sales team.

The purpose of the role is to proactively contact new, pre-existing and lapsed customers with the aim to build solid relationships that will maximise my clients overall commercial opportunities. Through effective planning and time management, the successful candidate will deliver sales growth and profitability targets in line with all key business objectives, in addition to working alongside and supporting the external ASM team.

Key Responsibilities of this role include:

1. To achieve scheduled workload of proactive calls per week/month to the targeted customer base.

2. To achieve business targets including increase in revenue and the retention of specific customers.

3. Work closely with the external Sales team to ensure clarity on account responsibility and effective communication is maintained always.

4. Ensure the customer receives the best experience possible

5. Deliver against all campaign initiatives and promotional Initiatives.

6. Ensure all customer contact information is maintained through the CRM system.

7. Focusing on the needs of the customer by pulling information and feeding it back to the business and pushing out information on products and services using the information to add value to the business and the customer.
