An exciting opportunity has arisen in a fantastic venue close to Stoke on Trent and Stafford. Our client is looking for a dedicated individual to help lead a large team in the delivery of excellent customer service. The right candidate with have experience in working with in a busy catering environment supervising a team. They are looking for a person who shows the below qualities and experience.

- To deputise for the Hospitality Front of House Manager in their absence
- To ensure all customer customers receive excellent customer service at all times
- Training of staff ensuring any special promotions are offered in order to maximise sales
- To greet all customers in a manner that promotes premium customer service
- Encourage and motivate employees by effective communication
- To ensure security and opening and closing procedures are followed
- To plan and provide rota, two weeks in advance
- Ordering of all products required and ensuring availability of them at all times
- To lead by example, be proactive and organised at all times
- To effectively resolve all customer complaints
- To be responsible for all cash floats and takings whilst on shift
- To assist with recruitment of service team members
- Implement the required standards of food hygiene
- Implement the required standards regarding H&S policies and to comply with H&S training
when requested

This position does require you to work some weekends and the very occasional evening. If you have a can do attitude and want to be part of a forwarding thinking dedicated team do not delay your application. This position does offer progression for the right person.
