Salary - GBP55,000 - GBP70,000 P/A

Responsibilities
Accountable for the overall management control and delivery of significant programmes. Responsible for a number of teams that create the intended value for the organisation. Accountable for overseeing a number of projects/work streams and processes relating to the activities of project managers working on the Programme. Direct, manage and coordinate all aspects of delivery to defined Critical Success Factors related to scope, time, cost and quality. Ensure alignment between Business and Technology on core delivery items. Engage with Sponsors and all business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery whilst championing the E2E process. Accountable for ensuring all I and E gates are met in accordance with the End to End Change process.
Key Skills and Experience
Knowledge
?? Prince2 Practitioner qualified or studying towards
?? Comprehensive understanding of the strategic
goals and ability to assess and
review change activity with these in mind
?? Financial management and budgeting knowledge (PSL / Programme Budgets)
?? Knowledge or PRA/FCA and relevant regulatory
environment
Experience
?? Strong track record of programme delivery including knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling programmes
?? Interaction across various disciplines of organisations to delivery business value
?? Robust experience of building and managing effective stakeholder relationships
