We're looking for a seasoned Scrum Master/Senior Project Manager with a wealth of experience in end to end Technology/IT project delivery. In this role you will be responsible for delivering technology initiatives via Scrum teams, Kanban teams or within a scaled agile framework.

Your virtual team will consist of Project Managers, Architects, Business Analysts, Test Analysts, developer and technical resources, who in turn will be responsible for the planning and implementations of projects. The projects you will be involved in will be vital in achieving the strategic objectives of Severn Trent. We will also expect that you are the kind of person who wants to share your knowledge and expertise through coaching and mentoring our leaders of tomorrow.

Being a real leader is a large part of this role as you'll be leading IS, business and technical change activities to deliver projects and work closely with the business to ensure knowledge of functions and processes are known while managing the project resource. We're always looking to improve and enhance how we do things so you'll need to be able to promote continuous improvement while thinking of solutions yourself.
