Assistant Site Manager - Warwickshire

As Assistant Site Manager, you will be joining one of the UK's most established and successful new housing developers, responsible for developing both large housing sites, consisting of a mixture of private, social and affordable homes, alongside luxury bespoke developments, in some of the most prestigious locations across the UK. You will be joining one of the fastest growing divisions in the company, that have seen consistent growth, due to the quality of staff that they have retained and the growing demand in the area. Your new role
Your role as Assistant Site Manager will be diverse, fast paced and rewarding. Working alongside a highly experienced Site Manager, you will be responsible for driving progress on an established housing development in Warwickshire, responsible for taking homes from Groundworks through to CML and Handing over new properties to both social and private clients. You will need to ensure that homes meet NHBC standards, health and safety on site is adhered to and all trades/labour on site are managed effectively.
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the fast nature of the role, you will have to be extremely self-driven and proactive, in order to manage project timelines, and ensure that workers on site are correctly managed. Having a strong knowledge of the construction industry and the build process is key, and you will have preferably worked with a large housing developer previously or come from a trade's background.
- 2+ years Assistant/Site Management experience
- S.M.S.T.S or SSSTS certificate
- First Aid certificate.
