FRS are delighted to be assisting a fantastic business who are well known throughout the midlands, with the recruiting of a Payroll Clerk.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
- Processing both weekly and monthly payroll for a portfolio of clients
- Generate reports for clients for their financial accounts
- Processing and generating payslips
- Year-End process
- P45's, P32's etc.
- Processing statements and returns onto Sage 50 Accounts
- Liaising with HMRC
- Speaking and meeting directly with clients both in the office and externally
Our ideal candidate will have / be the following:
- Proficient using Sage 50 Accounts and Sage 50 Payroll
- IT literate
- Have the ability to work to ever changing situations
- Ability to manage your own work load to the highest efficiency
