HR Services Advisor - Exit Interviews
Here at ResourceBank, we are looking for a capable, flexible and motivated HR Services Advisor to work alongside our Service Development Manager in Telford. You'll deliver our Exit Interview and Engagement Survey service to our clients as well as support internal engagement initiatives.
You'll need to demonstrate your knowledge and experience in HR and/or Recruitment to be considered for this role which will be primarily focussed on undertaking exit interviews, monthly/adhoc trend reporting, creating proposals and client liaison.
You'll be comfortably able to build strong relationships with people and clients, offering a consultative approach to service delivery and providing excellent service.
You'll need a flexible approach with an eye for analytics, being able to naturally draw conclusions from data and offer solutions adding value at every opportunity.
You'll be part of our developing service at a time when Employee Engagement remains a high priority for businesses throughout the UK.
