We are looking for an experienced professional to manage Serviced / Managed offices located in Shrewsbury, Ludlow, West Bromwich and Oldbury.

We would consider anyone with experience of managing a commercial property, hotel, or someone from an estate agents background.

The key responsibilities of the role are:

  • Ensuring maximum occupancy of available offices
  • The smooth running of the premises on a day to day basis; based at Shrewsbury, you will also oversee 3 other sites.
  • Hiring and managing the best team for all centres, ensuring they have the tools and environment to meet and exceed all objectives.
  • You will be responsible for the effective and efficient management of all centre staff and activities on site.
  • Primarily responsible for all new sales with prospective customers and presenting the best range of options to suit that customer's needs
  • Converting queries to sales
