Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: GBP30,000 basic; GBP45,000 OTE (Year 1)

Location: Midlands

The Role:

An excellent opportunity has arisen within a market leading consumables provider. As a Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing new relationships with potential clients, winning business and then account managing the client. You will be allocated a territory to manage and sell in to, and this area will be your responsibility to maximise in terms of revenue generation. The company is expanding rapidly due to the popularity of the product range and handling incoming enquiries with speed and efficiency is priority number one for the Field Sales Executives. An example of the tasks that will need to be performed are:

• Prospecting for new business within SMEs across the Midlands territory

• Build and maintain excellent commercial relationships with new customers ensuring retention of existing business and creating opportunity for future sales opportunities

• To create excellent commercial relationships with potential new customers to maximise future sales opportunities

• Use own initiative to maximise order values

• Deal with account queries in a swift and timely manner


The Person:

You will be a fun, outgoing person with excellent communication and "people skills" and the ability to quickly establish relationships with potential customers in a B2B environment. You will also be a self-driven, money motivated individual, who has a successful track record in B2B field sales, is fast thinking, and has the enthusiasm and ability to exceed their potential under little supervision. As this is a field sales role, a full driving licence is required.
