Nationwide Recruitment Service and HR Careers have a role for an innovative and inspirational recruitment consultant/ in-house recruiter, or possibly recruitment administrator.
c 3 month contract on a part time basis either 3 days per week or possibly 5 half days - flexible working.
The role possibly could go longer and can be salary or commission/ bonus biased. This would suit a in house recruiter, recruitment consultant, senior recruiter, HR officer, HR administrator, hr manager, hr advisor, recruitment administrator as the role can be varied and the client can cut the cloth according to who they take on, depending on strengths.
The role is to be responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. You'll build positive relationships in order to gain a better understanding of your clients' recruitment needs and requirements.
Working as a recruiter, you'll attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. You'll screen candidates, interview face to face, run background checks and finally match them to the Role finding the right job for the right candidate, for the right client at the right time.
You also provide advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.
This role will be more of a this role will require the suitable recruitment consultant to be able to serve to different client sites and have the gravitas to deal with all levels of jobs clients and candidate.
