Salary: GBP40,000 - GBP45,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Hours: 37 per week - Monday - Friday 9.am - 5.pm

Time Healthcare are currently selecting for an experienced RMN on behalf of an outstanding mental health provider who has been established for over 30 years who are one of UK largest independent providers in the Wheaton Aston area of Stafford.

We are looking for an experienced RMN to look after two units CAMHS acute and Eating disorders both units are a manageable size with 12 beds on each and the age group you care for is 12 - 18.The patients on the CAMHS units may have a diagnoses from, bipolar disorder, psychosis, depression, and deliberate self-harm. The Eating disorder unit will have patients who are suffering from bulimia nervosa, anorexia nervosa and other similar eating disorders.

As a service Ward Manager, you will be responsible for the clinical management, leadership to develop a well-established therapeutic and recovery care programme capable of maintaining safety, security and recovery at all times. You will also be working alongside with other Service Managers in the hospital when required to offer support and advice in relation to the care needs of service users.

Having experience in working with CAMHS and eating disorders is essential, we need someone who has hands-on clinical experience, not someone who has just done referrals.

The following candidate must have:
* Experience in working with CAMHS & Eating disorders
* Band 6 Nurse or equivalent
* Two years' experience in leading teams
* Excellent communication Skills
* Work well as a member and also lead a team
* Helpful to service users and colleagues
* Empathetic, able to see situations from the other person's perspective
* Respectful of service users, their friends and families, colleagues and the environment
* Honest, have a fair and consistent approach and act with integrity
