We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated individual who would enjoy being part of a small team based at our Estate Agent’s office in Hereford.
In a nutshell, the successful applicant will have the ability to apply a 'can do attitude’ to the wide range of work that this role encompasses.
This is a full time position to include one or two Saturdays per month.
Salary dependent on the level of duties undertaken.
- Proficient typist with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Confident telephone manner
- Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
- The ability to work methodically to ensure consistent compliance with regulations
- Attention to detail in completing all tasks
- Positive and friendly
- Effective time management in a busy Estate Agency
- Ability to complete a range of administrative tasks such as arranging appointments, viewings, scanning and filing
- A 'can do’ attitude
- Knowledge of Photoshop an advantage but not essential
Training in the use of our software will be provided.
