We're recruiting a site manager role for a regional main contractor with a reputation for delivering great projects to their clients.
This role would be best suited for someone looking to develop their career and learn more as a site manager on smaller schemes initially up to around £750,000 in a range of sectors with local clients.
Duties of the role will include:
+ Attending pre-starts
+ Site setup and implementing procedures
+ Organising health and safety file
+ Working to the master programme
+ Daily briefings
+ Site Inductions
+ Monitoring and coordinating all works
+ Ensuring QHSE
+ Raising queries
+ Daily diary and reporting to CM
+ Liaising with all stakeholders
As a minimum you will need your CSCS (Black or Gold), SMSTS, and First Aid. Additional qualifications & training are beneficial but not essential.
