The Assistant Manager, Internal Communication is responsible for information and engaging colleagues, in order to foster their sense of belonging and adhesion to the company’s vision and strategy. The Internal Communications Managers mission follows the framework of the Personal Finance global communication strategy.

Key Responsibilities

* Identifies and analyses the internal communication needs of his or her target audiences
* Is responsible for owning the annual calendar of internal communications
* Creates effective communications through copy writing, utilisation of channels and management of governance processes
* Manages a network of key stakeholders that fosters the circulation of news
* Identifies internal communication issues and their root cause and recommends solutions
* Uses means at his or her disposal and/or proposes new approaches and strategies according to his or her targets and allocated budgets
* Identifies of new communication methods and builds the business case to deploy
* Identifies ways to measure effectiveness of communications and implements recommendations for improvement
* Support the Director of Brand & Comms in communications initiatives as required.

What We're Looking for

* Must have strong internal communications experience
* Strong MS skills
* Stakeholder management experience
* Ability to Influence, Negotiate with Stakeholders
* Ability to interpret information to develop communications
* Attention to details and proof reading skills
* Desire to succeed
